UCCE Halloween Show!

2009 West Coast A Cappella Showcase
  • Date: Friday and Saturday, November 13 and 14, 2009
  • Time: 8:00PM
  • Location: Wheeler Auditorium, UC Berkeley

The UC Men's Octet and the California Golden Overtones present the 9th Annual West Coast A Cappella Showcase! Some of the best a cappella groups all over the west coast will be performing. You won't want to miss this these two nights of sweet, sweet music! Tickets are $7 for UC Berkeley students, $9 for all other students, and $10 for general admission. You can buy tickets online at tickets.berkeley.edu or by calling (510)642-3880. Tickets can also be purchased at the Student Musical Activities Office located at 72 Cesar Chavez Basement or at the door starting one hour before the show. Upper Sproul Plaza, under Sather Gate

Every Wednesday, the Octet gives a free performance for its greatest fans, the Cal students. Everyone is invited to join us, rain or shine, for a song-filled fun afternoon where no two weeks are the same. Our first Sproul will be Wednesday August 26, 2009!

Home Football Game Tailgating!

Before every home football game, the Octet can be found throughout campus singing and spreading Cal spirit! Be on the lookout for us! If you'd like us to sing for your tailgate party, just send us an email! The first home game is Saturday, September 5, 2009 against Maryland. See you there! Go Bears!

UC Men's Octet Fall 2009 Auditions

  • Location: The Basement of Cesar Chavez Student Center

The UC Men's Octet will be having auditions Sunday, September 6th in the basement of the Cesar Chavez building. All voice parts are encouraged to try out! All you need to have prepared is a short solo and we'll take care of the rest. The auditions may take a while, so we suggest that you bring homework to do. We hope to see you there!
